Refund policy

At Skyline, we work hard to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Skyline are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, change of mind, or any other non-defective reason.

Because many of our items are shipped through third-party fulfillment partners, all orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled or returned once placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item unless required by law or expressly approved by Skyline in writing. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • unwanted items
  • incorrect color, style, or size selected by the customer
  • gifts that were not wanted
  • orders placed in error
  • items that have been opened, used, or worn

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the shipping label and packaging
  • a short description of the issue

After review, Skyline may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. We may require additional information before approving any claim.

Shipping Delays and Unavailable Items

We do our best to ship orders on time. If an item cannot ship within the expected timeframe, we may contact you to request approval for a delay or to offer an alternate solution. If no solution is available, the unshipped portion of the order may be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, it may not be canceled. If a cancellation request is received before processing begins, Skyline may approve it at its discretion, but we are not required to do so.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier-handling reasons, the following items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • sale items
  • clearance items
  • personal use items
  • opened packaging
  • customized or made-to-order products
  • items marked “final sale”

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to help resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Skyline may delay resolution and may result in your account being restricted from future purchases.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • review product descriptions carefully before purchasing
  • check measurements, compatibility, and product details
  • enter the correct shipping address
  • provide a valid email address for order updates

Skyline is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.
